Cookies & Castles is a gingerbread decorating extravaganza where families and friends gather to decorate gingerbread houses with a vast selection of sweet treats.
Once event sales begin, you can reserve your number of gingerbread houses. You can also purchase additional items such as aprons and t-shirts. For in-person events, you will also reserve your number of seats.
On the day of the event, all you need to bring is your holiday spirit! If you are picking up your house to-go, we will have everything you need packed in a bag. You will receive two pouches of icing and about two pounds of candy. If you are attending an in-person event, we will have your houses and seats waiting for you at a table. You will be able to make endless trips to the candy bar to select your decorations!
This family-friendly event is a cherished holiday tradition across DFW. Cookies & Castles originated in Fort Worth in 2001, grew to Dallas in 2007, and then in 2020, the award-winning North Dallas Area Delta Delta Delta Alumnae Chapter hosted the inaugural Cookies & Castles Frisco event.
In our inaugural year, we sold out of our 300 to-go gingerbread houses and were able to donate $11,000 to Scottish Rite for Children and $1,215 to Tri Delta's Foundation!
In 2021, we sold over 600 to-go gingerbread houses. We donated $50,000 to Scottish Rite for Children and $5,000 to Tri Delta's Foundation!
